3 easy steps to be an Avon Representative
STEP 1
Share the brochure and your online shop with family, friends and work colleagues. Avon provides support if you want to share brochures with others.
STEP 2
Online orders are placed directly by your customers. You will personally collect orders that have been placed by your brochure customers. You then place your order with Avon which is delivered to you. You distribute to all your brochure and online customers who have opted for delivery by you as opposed to direct delivery from Avon.
STEP 3
You collect payment from your brochure customers (online customers pay at the time of placing their order). You deduct your earnings (commission) You then pay Avon. Avon pay you at the end of each campaign for online orders placed by your customers.
How much can I earn?
This is really up to you. There is no limit to how much you can earn and depends on how much time and effort you put into your role as an Avon Representative.
There are elements to the commission structure as an Avon Representative. You have to achieve the MINIMUM ORDER VALUE (MOV) before the commission is paid to you. Once you have achieved the minimum order value you then receive £1 for every £5 (20%) of sales that you make. Once you achieve the HIGHER ORDER VALUE (HOV) you are then paid £1 in every £4 (25%) of sales that you make. This is the same for both brochure sales and online sales which are added together to achieve the campaign order value.
MINIMUM ORDER VALUE (MOV)
This is currently set at £87.50 – If your order to Avon falls below this figure you won’t receive any commission, so it is obviously worth your while to make sure your sales are always above the MOV.
HIGHER ORDER VALUE (HOV)
This is currently set at £160 – Sales between the MOV and the HOV attract a commission of 20% or £1 in every £5 of sales. Sales over the HOV achieve commission of 25% or £1 in every £4 of sales you make.

Example 1: You make sales of £75 – You won’t earn any commission as you are below the MOV of £87.50
Example 2: You make sales of £120 – You will earn 20% commission of £24. You have sold more than the MOV of £87.50 but are under the HOV of £160
Example 3: You make sales of £200 – You will earn 25% commission of £50. Your sales are higher than both the MOV and the HOV
